    1. A BOOKING FEE - A DEPOSIT will be required when booking an appointment online to secure the appointment. 100% of the deposit will go toward the amount that ‘s due on the day of the appointment.
    2. CANCELLING your appointment less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in losing your booking fee.
    3. RESCHEDULING your appointment less than 48 hours before the appointment will require another booking fee. Rescheduling more than two times will result in losing your booking fee and booking fee will be required in order to schedule again.
    4. ARRIVING later than 15 minutes from your schedules appointment time will be considered as NO SHOW. Booking fee won’t be returned in this case.
    5. NO GUESTS / PETS  is allowed to prevent cross contamination. Guests are welcome to sit in the waiting area.
    6. All results will vary per person.
